Standard Return and Exchange Policy

 We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Made-to-order styles/sizes, styles marked as Final Sale, complimentary gifts with purchase, gift cards, merchandise credits and shipping fees are not eligible. 

Biannual sale products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or substituted. No adjustments on previously made purchases.

Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns. We do offer store credit under some circumstances. Customers must pay for return shipping.
